Welcome to the Sung Series Ambassador & Dealer Programme.
By joining this Programme, you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below. These terms ensure a fair, ethical, and harmonious working relationship, in line with the natural, honest, and nurturing values of Sung Series.
- Eligibility
Participants (“you”) must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate personal, contact, and banking information.
Uphold the values and brand ethos of Sung Series — integrity, kindness, and respect.
Sung Series reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- Programme Structure
Participants may register under one of the following categories:
2.1 Ambassador
Promotes Sung Series online or offline and earns commission from referral-based sales.
2.2 Dealer / Reseller
Purchases Sung Series products at dealer prices for the purpose of resale at approved margins.
Programme guidelines, requirements, and benefits differ by category and will be provided upon onboarding.
2A. Registration
All registrations must be submitted exclusively through the official Sung Series website at sungseries.com.
Information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
Sung Series may approve, reject, or request for additional information before activating the account.
- Commission, Pricing & Discounts
3.1 Commission & Dealer Discount Rates
Commission rates and dealer discounts will be stated upon acceptance.
Sung Series reserves the right to revise commission rates, dealer discount levels, bonuses, and incentives at any time, with a minimum notice period of 14 days unless urgent circumstances apply.
3.2 Minimum Selling Price (MSP)
To protect brand integrity and fairness among all sellers:
Dealers must adhere to the Sung Series Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
Undercutting, unapproved discounts, or selling below MSP is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Use of Discount Codes
Ambassadors may only use officially issued referral codes.
Manipulation, self-abuse, or unauthorised sharing of referral codes is prohibited.
- Brand Representation & Conduct
Participants must:
Use only accurate, approved product descriptions and claims.
Avoid unverified medical claims or statements not aligned with Malaysian advertising regulations.
Represent Sung Series with kindness, professionalism, and respect.
Avoid harmful online behaviour, toxic comments, or misrepresentation of the brand.
Sung Series reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Misinformation
Unethical practices
Misuse of brand materials
Behaviour that damages brand reputation
- Payment Terms
5.1 Commission Payouts (Ambassadors)
Commissions are paid bi-weekly (every two weeks).
A payout will only be made once the minimum commission amount of RM30 is reached.
If earnings for the cycle are below RM30, the amount will carry forward automatically to the next cycle.
Commissions apply only to completed, successful orders and exclude:
Cancelled or refunded orders
Fraudulent, invalid, or suspicious transactions
Orders involving manipulated or unauthorised discounting
Participants are responsible for ensuring their banking details are correct.
5.2 Payment Hold / Stop Payment
Sung Series reserves the right to hold, delay, or stop payment under the following situations:
Suspected fraud, referral manipulation, or unusual order activity
Violation of MSP or unapproved discounting
Pending customer disputes or complaints
Incorrect or incomplete banking information
Breach of Programme Terms & Conditions
Misrepresentation or harmful conduct affecting the brand
Payments will resume once all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Termination
Sung Series reserves the right to terminate participation if:
There are repeated violations of Programme rules
Unethical or harmful behaviour occurs
Participant engages in price undercutting
Account remains inactive for more than 6 months
Fraud or manipulation is detected
Upon termination:
Access to Programme benefits, discount codes, or dealer pricing will cease immediately.
Any pending commissions may be withheld if violations are identified.
Participants may voluntarily exit the Programme at any time by written notice.
- Intellectual Property
All Sung Series trademarks, logos, images, videos, product descriptions, and training materials remain the exclusive property of Sung Series.
Participants may use brand assets only for approved promotional purposes.
Unapproved reproduction, modification, or resale of brand materials is strictly prohibited.
- Confidentiality
Participants may receive confidential information such as:
Wholesale prices
Commission structures
Product development updates
Internal marketing strategies
Such information must not be shared publicly or with competitors.
- Amendments
Sung Series may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Notice will be given through email or system announcement.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
- Limitation of Liability
Sung Series shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from misuse of discount codes or misrepresentation by Participants
Any issues caused by external platforms (payment gateway, courier delays, website errors)
Customer claims resulting from unauthorised statements or misinformation by Participants
- Governing Law
This Programme is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Malaysian legal requirements.
