Upon receipt of your payment, we will dispatch the products to you the next working day, except during peak season, where it may take us up to two working days to do so.
All orders within West Malaysia will be shipped via Courier Service with an estimated delivery time of 2 – 5 working days.
All orders to East Malaysia & international shipment will be shipped via Courier Service with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 8 working days.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout page depending on both weight of the package and destination.

Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sung Series. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), and charged in MYR. Although our website does support the display of prices in other currencies, however, at the checkout page, it will display in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). The checkout will be completed in the trading currency which is MYR. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Policy and Terms
By placing an order at Sung Series you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Sung Series. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. You are responsible for getting the necessary import permits with the relevant authorities.
We receive the right to cancel any order that we deem we are unable to ship to that shipping destination.
